What is PLEAT?

PLEAT is a modular, collapsible kraft paper wall system designed for content creators, photographers, interior stylists, and brands. Each wall features a distinctive pleated design that creates beautiful texture and depth for any space.

What sizes are available?

We offer three sizes:
- PLEAT 180: 1.8m height, ideal for tabletop photography and small setups
- PLEAT 200: 2.0m height, our most popular all-rounder for portraits and medium studios
- PLEAT 240: 2.4m height, full-height for large-scale installations and room dividers

What colours do you offer?

PLEAT walls are available in 8 colours: Natural Kraft, Arctic White, Blush Pink, Onyx Black, Forest Green, Navy Blue, Red, and Warm Grey. Availability varies by size.

Are PLEAT walls in stock?

Availability is shown live on each product page. If a size or colour is sold out, select Notify me when in stock to be first to know when it returns.

How do I set up my PLEAT wall?

Simply unfold your PLEAT wall and extend it to your desired width. The accordion-style pleats allow you to adjust the configuration - straight, curved, or angled. No tools are required.

How do I store my PLEAT wall?

Collapse the pleats flat and store upright in a dry area. When folded, each wall is only 12cm deep, making it easy to store behind a door or in a closet.

Is the wall freestanding?

Yes. When extended, the pleated structure is self-supporting. For extra stability in high-traffic areas, we recommend placing the wall against a surface or using the optional stabiliser feet when available.

Can I use PLEAT walls outdoors?

PLEAT walls are designed for indoor use. While they can be used in outdoor areas for short periods, prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight may affect the material.

How do I clean my PLEAT wall?

Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or liquid cleaners. For scuff marks, use a clean eraser gently on the affected area.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship Australia-wide only. See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery information.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your PLEAT arrives damaged, incorrect or appears faulty, email hello@bypleat.com within 48 hours of delivery where possible, including your order number and clear photos. If a return is approved, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
